Malcolm
Morley -
Chief
trader, risk
management
and system
development
Malcolm has
more than 35
years
experience
in financial
services and
IT, giving
him a strong
experience
base from
which to
trade
automated
systems on
Foreign
Exchange
In his early
career,
Malcolm was
a
professional
Foreign
Exchange
Trader with
Bankers
Trust
International
in London,
Bank of Nova
Scotia
in London
and Toronto
and
Provident
National
Bank in
Philadelphia,
USA.
Malcolm then
held a
number of
positions as
a project
manager and
systems
consultant
with large
international
banks
including
Citibank,
the Bank of
NT
Butterfield
and Credit
Suisse.
Malcolm
specialised
in
designing,
managing and
implementing
IT banking
and treasury
systems
during this
time.
Malcolm's
most recent
role was
that of
Chief
Information
Officer of
Prudential
Bache
Securities
up until the
time they
pulled out
of
Australia.
Russel
Morris
-
Client
liaison,
compliance
and system
development
Russel's
professional
background
has been in
investment
banking and
management
consulting.
Most
recently,
Russel was a
management
consultant
where
he worked
with a
number of
medium sized
businesses
on strategic
growth,
operational
efficiency
and capital
raising.
Prior to
this he was
an Associate
of
Investment
Banking of
CIBC World
Markets, where
he assisted
in raising
more than
$100 million
for a
variety of
clients.
Russel also
worked as a
management
consultant
with Bain
International
in Sydney
and Poynton
and Partners
in Perth.
Russel thrives
on being a
creative
analyst. He
has strong
mathematics
and
statistics
skills, but
also enjoys
the
interaction
and
networking
involved in
sales and
marketing.
