Zone Capital is an Australian based
fund manager established in 2005
dedicated to producing exceptional
returns for our clients trading Foreign Exchange.
For most investors, Foreign Exchange
is a relative new investment asset
class, yet it offers greater
liquidity than traditional
markets, and is generally
uncorrelated to the equity markets.
Zone Capital provides sophisticated1
and institutional investors access
to this market, either as a primary
investment vehicle, or as a means to
diversify risk from other asset
classes.
Trading Approach
Zone Capital specializes in the
design and operation of highly
advanced automated programs that
trade 24 hours a day, running from
multiple servers world-wide.
Individual trading decisions and the
level of risk taken for each trade
are automated within each system;
however the capital allocation
between each particular system is
determined discretionarily on a
periodic basis.
Zone Capital's trading approach
utilizes specific skills of the
principals in the:
Trading is
headed by Malcolm Morley, who has
traded foreign exchange
professionally in the UK, Canada and
the USA, and has extensive treasury
experience with some of the world's
leading Banks. He has documented the
success of this trading since
December 2003*. For details, please see our
Track Record
page
* This track record is for
Futurestech Pty Ltd, a private
trading company owned by Malcolm
Morley for December 2003 until December 2006 and the Zone Trading Trust 1
thereafter
Scalability of Zone's Trading
Zone Capital's trading is highly
scalable. Our systems typically
monitor the markets every 5 minutes,
24 hours a day, and are designed to
manage multiple accounts
concurrently. Manual trading
methodologies simply cannot compete
with automated systems when dealing
with 24 hour markets. Automated
systems also do not suffer from
psychological issues associated with
increasing trade size.
